FinPortal Notes records meetings locally on your computer, transcribes them, and creates summaries without sending meeting audio to a cloud transcription service.

Mac install

Open the downloaded DMG file.
Drag FinPortal Notes into Applications.
Open FinPortal Notes from Applications.
Allow microphone and screen recording permissions if prompted.

Windows install

Open the downloaded EXE file.
Follow the installer prompts.
Open FinPortal Notes from the Start menu.
Allow microphone access if Windows asks.
